The PS-C series of PreMills are used for micro wet grinding of paints, printing inks, pigments, pharmaceuticals, chocolates... Closed design of PS-C PreMills leads to a cleaner environment.

The inner layer of the grinding chamber is made of special wear resistant material. Components of grinding chamber can be removed and installed easily. Product and grinding media can be discharged separately.

The pump unit consist of a variable speed geared motor and a gear pump. The output can be controlled by changing the speed of geared motor.

The grinding chamber is jacketed. For heat sensitive products the agitator can also be cooled. The temperature of the product is controlled by temperature controll system.

The agitating system can be equipped with both discs or pins and counterpins. In both systems all the parts in contact with product are made of special wear resistant alloys.
